Jesus says to “store up for yourselves treasures in heaven.”  We think those “treasures” as actions of love and good deeds.  But Jesus was talking in the context of financial provision.  And His instructions are the secret to financial freedom.

Most of us know that greed or debt are major traps for our hearts and finances.  Most of us also think that the key to defeating these traps is good financial management and security.  But Jesus’ treasure principle takes us far beyond finding financial security.  He takes us to financial freedom.
